Jackie & Judy (video) revisits Rosane and Andrea’s first piece together, Jackie & Judy (dance). The piece, made in 1993, launched the beginning of chameckilerner’s collaboration. While discussing the Fututistic assignment for Performa 09, Phil Harder brought back to Rosane and Andrea the idea of reshooting Jackie & Judy.

It’s fearless and violent dynamic seem very pertinent to the assignment. Phil Harder directed this video, which is his ode to Norman McLaren’s visionary film entitled PAS DE DEUX.
